ar-15/ar-15 CLONE QUESTION

SUBMARINER
Talked to my local army marine surplus dealer today and I was pricing AR-15's. He told me that bushmaster was only one step above Olympic arms and that He reccomended DPMS firearms. Any guys out there willing to give me their opinion on these rifeles...If you respond I would appreciate a rundown of your favorite rifels 1-5

    I have some Colt, DPMS, and Eagle Arms rifles. I like the DPMS and Eagles the best. They are not necessarily more reliable, but they are more accurate.

    I would have to agree with your dealer. The DPMS are very good rifles. You wont regret buying one.

    I own 2 of them right now(panther carbine,and a Kitty-cat) Very nice weapons. You will not go wrong with them. Enjoy them.

    submariner, save yourself a few hundred $$$$$, order a complete lower and complet upper, then snap them together. you can get them for 500 - 700 depending on what exact setup you want.

    SUBMARINER, Muss is right, by buying upper & lower seperate it will save you $$$$.
    I bought a DPMS upper & mated it to a RRA lower w/NM 2stage trigger, total cost around $750 compared to the $900.00 to a $1000.00 for a complete rifle.
    As for my favorites it would go like this: Colt
    RRA
    Armalite
    DPMS
    Bushmaster
    My 2 cents worth.

    hk 45 is that a usp in .45 you own?? I got a usp in .45 and a usp in 9mm...hk is awesome...I was just wondering if it was worth my while to save the exra money to buy the dpms over a bushmaster...I had always heard that bushmaster was a very reputable rifle but this guy had a different opinion and said that the dpms rifles were alot better than bushmaster...since I dont have any experience with these rifles is why im asking all these questions
