.45 ACP in Ruger SBH Hunter .45

Is it possible to have a .45ACP cylinder fitted to a Ruger Super Blackhawk Hunter .45 Colt?

I placed the ACP cyl.from my older Blackhawk in the SBH the other day just to see what it looked like.Everything seemed to line up properly when the cylinder was spun around.No apparent misalignment of anything looked evident to me.

After making sure no live ammo was chambered,I even looked down the barrel with a bore light to check on cyl. and barrel alignment.Again all looked fine.Now I now for a fact that this type of fitting would
most likely need to be done by a gunsmith or at the Ruger plant itself.

I called Ruger to ask this same question and they said that they would not do it because the SBH Hunter is based/built on a larger .44 mag frame.

Seems to me that this could be done regardless of whether the pistol was on a SBH frame or a standard Blackhawk frame because both .45 Hunter and .45 Blackhawk are using the same ammo.
