pre 64 model 94

just picked up a mint model 94 made in 1953 how do the post rifles compatre to the pre 64 ones whats differant better etc thanks jim

  On the post '64's they used cheaper materials in some cases and production expedient measures as well. One of the quick references is the link pin on the bottom of the lever that is a rolled spring pin on post 64's and a solid pin on the pre's. There are many other differences that I hope the real Winchester guys can point out to you.
