Really Disapointed in scope mount for AR

I bought a scope mount for my AR yesterday at the gun show here in Nashville. It is a carry handle mount 30mm w/ 1in inserts. Seemed like a good price 24.99+tax. Make of mount is unknown, box says made in U.S.A. I mounted it up with a Leupold 2x7x33 VX-II, boresight. Got out to the bench and fired my first 3rd group @ 100yrds. 6"high and 5"Right made ajustments to scope. fired 2nd 3rd group= 6"high and 9" right. ???????WTH I'm think to myself. Undo the adjustments I had made and fired 3rds= NO NEW HOLES IN TARGET. WTH!!!!!!!![:(!][:(!]

Removed scope and mount/remounted scope, checked all screws, reboresighted, fired 3rds= 8"low 10"in left[:(!][:(!][:(!][:(!]

Removed scope from mount and placed mount in file 13[:(!][:(!]

Fired 5rds from open sight @100yrds= 2'in high 0"in L/R with 3"in patteren

Who makes a good mount that I can trust. Thanks
