knife question

question time . . . .

i am starting to build a colection of military blades. i have a K98 mauser bayonette, a Ka-Bar,a 1898 krag jorgenson bayonette (sword style) and and M3 trench knife.

is there any way that i can display them nicely?

  I just finished cutting up another deer with my regular gut hook knife.
  
  I am over that, can anyone recommend a good set of butcher type knifes, preferable a set of knifes specifically for clean deer etc.

  Outdoor Edge knives are what I use and I butcher around 10 deer per year including my families kills.
