Value on a Sako Finnwolf 243???

I have a Finnwolf in a 243, comparing it to a Sako I bought at a show rated at 98% the Finnwolf is 95-96%, the blueing is perfect and shot only a few times, the numbers on the gun are 4859 and no rear sight is on the gun. Any help would be great, I'm selling it soon for a down payment on a house.

  In condition described value would be right around $800.00 but not having the sight will lower this some.

  .243 Finnwolf - 4 shot lever - blue - walnut - 1962 thru 1974.
