SMITH AND WESSON 500 MAG POLISHED AND ENGRAVED

I am thinking of sending my 500 mag. 4" barrel into SMITH AND WESSON to have it polished and possibly engraved... Has anyone sent this type of gun in to have anything like this done and if so how did it turn out? Or is there someone out there who I would be better off to send it to.....
