Winchester 1400 20 Ga. ??

This is an older one, made before the MKII series. The pistol grip cap has a red "W". It has a 2 3/4 inch chambered 20 Ga. vent ribbed Imp Cylinder barrel. Condition of stock and bluing is excellent. It fits great, swings and points nicely. Whay should it be worth? I thought it would make a good gun for shooting clay birds, quail, and grouse. My guess is this is from the mid-60's.

    $200 low to $275 high. The mkII is much improved.

    I have a couple of 12's. They do fit good.

    those guns had nicer wood than the mk2's. but alas, they all had that gas system and action bar problem. you are right though, it would make a good skeet gun. +/- 50.00 on 275.00 sounds right.
