Another post prompted this one. I have a C&R. The Federal Firearms Regulations Guide states that it's okay for FFLs to use the USPS for FFL-to-FFL handguns. Does this apply to C&R-to-C&R handgun transactions as well? If so, where in the regs does it specifically state this?? I can't find it...........
