Model 70 Sale Question
I have a 1962 Win Mod 70 that I plan to sell on GB and I want to know if I should remove the scope or leave it alone. It is a Simmons Outfitter 3.5-10 costing around $90. I could use the scope on another rifle, but really don't care. Am I going to take a beating or will it be a wash?
Opinions please?

Keep the scope. If I want a early 70 I sure don't want a cheap scope. Good luck.

I agree...you won't get anymore for the scope.Since you have a use for it, you'll be dollars ahead.
Love them Pre-64's!!!!-Bob0 -
Thanks!
I will remove it!
I appreciate your opinion.0 -
One thing to remember is that a Model 70 Winchester made in 1962 is a C&R and can be sent to a Type 03 FFL. 0
