Browning A5 magnum ring adjustment
I have a Browning a5 magnum that has had the wood replaced with sythetic stocks. I was told by the gun dealer that you can shoot 2 3/4 inch shells in it with adjustment of the friction rings on the mag tube. IS this correct? If not you still need to adjust them for light and heavy loads and can someone tell me how to do that as well. It is night and day from my a5 light.

Wermacht,
you can download the owners manual for the browning auto 5 magnum at the browning website http://www.browning.com/products/manuals/index.asp it has detailed instructions on adjusting the ''friction rings '' .
