Browning Safari BAR

I was just offered a "Like New" BAR "Safari"in 30-06. It's SS. It says Made in Belgium. Assembled in Portugal. Big Leopould scope,leather sling and soft case. I did a search of GB auctions and came up with a pretty good idea of it's worth,should I choose to make an offer. Question is, are they still high quality? I'd like to hear any comments.
