Need ID & Value Help!!!

I would appreciate some help, insight and hopefully some sort of "ball park" value if possible from this limited info I have and can currently furnish on this rifle. I'm interested in it but need some help concerning this item. Can't find out a lot or anything much about it. May be I'm not looking in the right places in my reference info.

Anyway, It is a Vohre. Apparently manufactured in Vohrendach, Germany from stampings. also says Shikar 308 (if I read that correctly). It also has proof marks of various types too numerous and detailed to describe (look like German markings by proof book comparison guide - which they should if German Mfg.). Anybody got any historical info or insight concerning what it is (besides being a very nice "expensive looking" rifle) or a value?

Any help would be most appreciated! Thanks in advance for that help.

    This rifle also looks very, very similar to the German Weatherby in style and design. The barrel as I stated above is marked "SHIKAR 308 WINCH". The receiver is marked "VOERE Vohrenbach Germany" as Mike indicated

    I also thought that this rifle was pre 89 mfg from what another user told me. He said that it was pre 86. Anyway, whichever it gives me a good reference piont and some good info.
