Don't know much about the shotguns, but the rifles and pistols have a pretty good rep.

Don't know about their shotguns and rifles, but I've got to disagree on their 1911s. The 1911s of theirs I've seen have been pretty crappy as far as build quality, fit and finish go. 0 -
I looked at the 12ga a few years ago and asked the salesman if they were ok he said that he had only seen one come back with a problem and had sold quite a few due to there low cost. They look like they would be a pretty good gun for the money. 0 -
Have one for several years now,had jamming problem when new ,contacted kbi,they had it shipped back to them and back again.Never had problem since.PAUL[:)]

Charles Daly and KBI in general seem to put their emphasis on finish instead of function and quality. If it looks pretty and is cheap the American public will buy it.

Yea these are cheaply made and once you get one in your hands you'll will know quickly the difference between these and an 11-87. Remember yo get what you pay for. Out of the three semi shotguns Mossberg, Traditions and Daly under $500.00 probably the Moissberg 935 is your best bet.

Kind of like my Rossi .22 pump,which is patterned after a Winchester.Outside looks nice,internals are rude and crude.YMMV
