    The Blue Book lists the Model 442 at $435.00 in 100% condition then add $15.00 for nickel finish.

    Those figures may vary depending on what area of the country you are in.

    Thanks does it say how many were produced I have never seen one only heard if them.

    The model 442 was introduced in 1993 and is still in production as far as I know. Since 1996 they have been rated for +p ammo.

    But not in satin nickle right?Ive only heard of the blued ones.

    In 1993 when this model began production it was made in matte blue and satin nickel. The satin nickel finish was discontinued when production started on the model 642-1.

    That was in 1997 and would explain why you have seen few of the 442's in satin nickel.
