7.62x45 to 7.62x39 conversion insert

Who besides Gunparts Co. (Numrich Arms), sells the insert used to convert VZ-52 rifles in 7.62x45 caliber to 7.62x39 caliber. I have an old one with the black plastic type paint I thought I'd like to experiment with. I'll leave my nice one alone and keep it original. The beater one I got at a pawn shop for $85. It shoots great but the ammo situation for 7.62x45 isn't too hopeful. By the way, who is selling the 7.62x45 ammo these days? Anyone?

  There's a guy selling some ammo on the other auction site. 300rds for 45.00.
