Shotgun stock fitting

I am looking for a good web site or book (willing to pay for it if I have to)on proper fitting method for a shot gun stock. I have always used the "rule of thumb", "voodo method", "sight the rib", and various other methods. I am familiar with "what" the comb, cast, drop, and LOP are and what they are used for. However, past articles I've read talk in very general terms (except for LOP) instead of specific measurements. Maybe there are no specifics. I would also like to check my current adjustments to some sort of "baseline" method used by professionals.

As always, I would appreciate input.

    Have just gotten a new Beretta 12 gauge AL 391 Teknys and the stock is too long for my short arms. Any recommendations for who to contact in the northern Alabama or central Tennessee area to get this shotgun properly fitted?

    He has done work for me but not on stocks as far as I can recall.
    Good man. Does good work. Reasonable.

    if your gun has a pad on it, take it off and try a rifle pad. theyre a little thinner and it may save you cutting your stock.
