Help - what is this?

I saw a CVA .50 Cal side x side with external hammers. The end of the barrels looked rounded, as if balls were put on the end and a 50 cal hole was drilled through them. Guy is asking for $200.
Anyone know what it is and idea on price?

  Sold one at a local shop for $375 in 95% condition. No personal experience with them, just played with it because of the "neat factor".
