western field deluxe

Hello,everyone! I recently aquired a 12 ga. pump shotgun called a Western Field Deluxe from Montgomery Ward and Co. It's marked as a Browning Design, selected forged steel,proof tested,model 50,and the number: 2227. Id like to find out the shell size (I think it's 2 3/4),the year of manufacture, and any other info. available.
