These inexpensive revolvers were imported under several names, including Excam, Inc. Hialeah, Fl. 0 -
Post war West German proof marks of that era had two digets ( which represented the date of proof ) next to the proof house mark. Hermann Weihrauch was located in Bavaria which used a proof house mark that looked like a shield with cross hatching.
