Bushmaster value...?

I was browsing in a shop this morning that had a Bushmaster 25th anniversary 223. It is new and has a two-digit serial number. The price seemed pretty high, so I am wondering what these normally go for. I don't normally look at high-end guns, but it was somrthing they wanted me to see. This may be out of my price range, but I can wish .

  If the rifle is in 100% condition, the Blue Book price is listed as $1495.00. There 1,500 of these carbines built in 2003.

  Ok..thanks for the info. They are $300 more than that. ...Even new in the box,at the Blue Book price, it is waaayyyy out of my price range anyway...Wow, what an expensive category to collect.[:0]
