    Assuming your gun to be in good, safe, shootable condition....powder, thin over-powder card, felt cushion wad (wet with lube but not dripping), shot, over- shot card. Generally speaking, you use the same volume of powder and shot, thus you can use one measure. The old adjustable dipper-type measures are readily available; check the on-line auctions. I believe modern ones are still being produced also. My beginning load would be the lowest setting on my measure, which in the case of my U.H. Co measure is 2-1/2 drams. This translates to a bit over 63 grains of ffg BLACK powder and 1-1/8 oz. of shot. Shoot a few loads to see how they pattern; adjust from there. Get a copy of Dixie Gun Works catalog; there is a ton of info in it as well as the needed wads, etc. Hope this helps. Emery
