In the SovBloc identification scheme, white tips are light weight TP rounds - often empty jackets or plastic projectiles loaded into cases with low powder charges. I have such loads in the Chezch 7.5x45 SHE, as well 7.62x39 and 7.62x54R and examples of Czech loadings in all three. I would *strongly* advise learning the loading before investing - this might have a fairly close correlation to the "really cheap" price!
