Black powder rifles & pistols
If I sell one on gunbroker does it have to be shipped thru an FFL dealer or can it be sent directly to the buyer. Thanks Tom

Blackpowder guns are not subject to BATFE firearms transfer requirements ... but they can be subject to state/local laws.
In your listing you should include a disclamer that the buyer is responsible for knowing and complying with their state and local regulations. Also, you should require a copy of the buyers drivers license to verify that they are 21 or older, or in lieu of the drivers license copy a signed statement that they are over 21 and legally allowed to purchase the BP firearm.

If someone requested my license during a purchase of a BP firearm, I would tell them to keep the gun.

It is being assumed you are talking about a firearm that doesn't use fixed ammunition. If it is chambered for a black powder cartridge that is another matter. 0 -

Only if it is a reproduction. An antique firearm would still be exempt from the Federal regulations even if it used fixed ammunition of any type.0
