Pricing question for S&W 686, 6", 7 shot
I am looking to trade or sell my S&W 686, 6 inch, 7 shot revolver.
I have fired it at a range only a few times. It is in like-new condition. How much is it worth and what would be the most effective way to get the most out of it? Thanks for any help anyone might provide.

You would be better off putting the gun on consignment at the gun shop. You would get more money for it that way. The dealer can get your gun at cost brand new. He's going to offer you less than dealer cost for the gun because it's used.

Book has them rated excellant at 450.00 to 550.000
