I haven't read of any SIGs blowing up in the shooter's hands, prompting the factory to quickly and quietly replace the gun.

Both are good guns, but the SIG is more durable. My opinion.

Never had a Sig but carried a Glock 22 for a while and plan on getting another one. I tend to think of the Sig as a better quality weapon BUT I love the weight and design of the Glock. Considering getting a comp barrel, should be a nice improvement.

If you are going to shoot it in any competition, buy the glock.

Had both, now have only the SIG. It is MUCH more accurate and the weight difference is not that bad.

Toss a coin and then go with the one that just 'feels' right and points naturally.
