factory ruger P series 15 round mags

Anybody know who's selling them? Is Ruger making them again or are the still on the "hi caps are for bad people" thing? I'd like to pick up a couple but don't want to pay through the nose for them. Does anyone make a good aftermarket P series mag? Thanks!
