Did I get hurt on Uberti?

Bought a Uberti Model 73 Sporting Rifle in 22 lr yesterday at auction in Springfield, MO. 98-99%. Case colored receiver and octagon barrel. Super nice gun but no box. Paid $250. Did I get hurt? I can only find other calibers on GB auctions. Are the 22's less desirable? Thanks for help.
