HELP!!! Saiga 12 Scope Mount

I recently purchased one of the EAA scope mounts that goe goes on the side of reciever. For the life of me, I can't get this thing attatched. Please Help.

  there is a plate at the bottom of the mount with a dimple in it, push the plate over to the side, and you can adjust it from there, tighten or loosen it.

  I can't even get the thing to slide on. It looks like it has to start from the rear and slide forward due to the rails on the mount but when I get it halfway there is a notch on the front of the mount that gets in the way.

  i dont have that much experience with the EAA mount, but i have sold many of the mounts made in BELARUS RUSSIA and the bolt on ones made by clearview investments. both have worked very well and i have had no complaints with either one. contact me if you need my help!!! hatchettman2003@yahoo.com
