US parts for MAK 90 underfolder conversion

This is a Chinese MAK 90 with threaded barrel and underfolder type receiver. What would it take in the way of US made parts to legally put the underfolder stock on it?

Here's the skinny.

Since it has the threaded barrel/muzzle devise, you need 6 US made replacement parts to be legal ...
If it were me, I'd replace the pistol grip, trigger group(all three parts), gas piston and handguard with US made parts ... then use the correct Chinese made underfolder..If you really want to do something, you'll find a way ...
