What Rifles Can Deliver 1 MOA Out of the Box?
Here's my question and I realize there is much opinion.
What rifles can deliver about 1 MOA out-of-the-box? Doesn't have to be exactly 1 MOA or less, but no more than 2 MOA.
No other conditions and don't want custom built rifles. These should be strictly rifles from the factory.

Is money an issue?
Will you be hand loading for the gun or just buy match ammo?
Caliber?
What purpose will the rifle serve? Hunting, bench? tatical?
There are TONS of choices out there from a factory that will shoot 1MOA out of the box.0 -
I wasn't aware there were tons.
The rest doesn't matter.
Just your best opinion is what I'm after.

Sako 75's are supposed to be guaranteed to do this. Weatherby will, also.

I have Tikka T3 in .243win. It makes 0.5-1 MOA groups with Fed Classic SP ammo. 0 -
Every Sauer rifle, including those imported with the Colt name, are supposed to be able to do it. I have seen several, including the one I had in 22-250 and the one a friend had in 270 that would do it with factory ammo. 0 -
My Steyr SPG-CISM Match rifle will do it easily at 300 meters...at 100 meters you don't even need to keep your eyes open! I remember that a lot of guys complained that my posted photos were too large so here is a smaller one. 
Either of these two HK's will accomplish the task easily!

Tikka T3 in .308 does. and will only run you around 600 bucks 0 -
You sound like my tax man Jeff and I only wish I was making the money he was! Are you going to the SHOT Show again next year? The 1 MOA out of the box minimum and 2 MOA maximum is not all that hard to achieve and many good hunting rifles will do this. For dedicated match or target rifles, under 2 MOA is a walk in the park.

My choice would be a HS Precision in 300 Win Mag.
Most guns are CAPABLE of 1/2MOA. HS Precision guarantee 1/2MOA with anything up to a .30 CAL
Price is right around 2400.00 without optics.0 -

i have a 25-06 ruger that shoots 1 moa and a 30-06 savage that shoots 1.5 moa both are reasonably priced 0
