new sights for winchester 94?

Hello,
My father bought a late 60''s to early 70's winchester 94 30-30.The front sight has to be slightly bent because the gun patterns to the right.We have moved the rear sight to one side so far that it looks awkward plus the front sight has been moved also.The gun was rough when we bought it and the rear stock was broke probably from being dropped so I can understand the front sight might be bent.Are there any companies selling new sights for this gun?Fiber optic?
I would like to take a deer with this gun if I can get it sighted in.
