What about NcStar?
I'm looking for people who've used NcStar scopes ! I'm considering giving one a try but would love to hear what y'all have to say regarding them first. I find it hard to believe that these scopes could be as good as they claim to be, FOR THE PRICE ! I'm anxious to hear feedback from folks who've actually used them.

Had one on a pistol that I acquired. Optics were clear and it held it's zero. Honestly I've seen these scopes around for awhile and thought there must be a "catch" for the money they are selling for. And maybe there is ...
After having used the scope a bit I might just give one of their rifle scopes a try.
I think the big questions are how they hold up over time, and if there are problems what the customer service is like. Hopefully one of the other members will be along that has some long term experience and maybe even someone who has had to have warranty work done. If not, for the price you may just want to experiment.

My brother, who is NOT a scope expert, has a NcStar mounted on a .223. When he had a problem with the scope the local retailer met him in the parking lot at the store and gave him a brand new scope and rings, no questions asked! My primary concerns are whether it will hold up under use on a .257 Wthby until I can decide on a permanent scope for that gun, and stop buying other stuff long enough to buy and mount it! *LOL* 0 -
Just mounted a 4x 32mm illuminated reticle on a mini-14 ranch rifle. After bore sighting it, I finished sighting it in on my 100 yd range. It held the setting even after 15 rounds of rapid fire. I'm going to try to get rid of some feral hogs on my deer lease with it. 0 -
