Taking Off a Barrel

Does anyone no of a good smith that can take the barrel off my Mark 1-No.4 -British. Thanks- Joe

  just curious why you want to. barrel shot out? if so would be cheaper to buy a nice surplus gun. not really a good action to build on. just wondering?

  Redman is absolutely right, a rebarrel job by a qualified gunsmith would cost more than a good surplus Enfield with a good bore.

  The outside is exc. condition but a .315 bore and cant get cast bullets even up to .318 to shoot,Can get a new barrel for $30.00 Thanks- Smokemjoe
