I bought a Neos earlier this year. I was suprised at just how accurate it is. I would put it up against the MarkII anytime. They must sight them in at the factory, because I never even had to touch the sights. It's a great gun for the money.

I have one and like it. It shoots great and is cool to look at. If I had to buy another it would be a Buckmark or a High Standard.

p22's can be fussy about ammo and many folks find that they really don't care for the grip as much as they initially thought they did.

Neo's are not really fussy about ammo, reasonably accurate out of the box and they can be converted into a carbine. Buckmarks are the same.

Of the 3 brands mentioned the P22 would be my last choice, if you added in other brands such as High Standard and/or Ruger the list would be longer but the P22 would still be at the end.

The P22 is a good gun. As stated earlier it is picky with which ammo it likes. As long as you stick to copper plated rounds you should be fine. For a plinker its a good choice.

I don't have any experiance with the Neos but I have shot the P22. The P22 isn't as accurate as a Buckmark or Mark II but it makes a great plinking gun. If you get one get the 5" barrel. I have never had any (i mean any) problems with jams or anything else. I really like the look of the P22, looks better than most 22 pistols.

I have a P22 and I love it. I will swear to the fact that it is fickle aboutammo. I will jam with cheap ammo.

I like mine a lot.Had a problem w/ mags which was fixed by S&W.Mine has never been real particular about ammo, but as stated before, copper plated rounds seem to work best for me.Some small "O" rings helped the double action trigger pull.Got the tip from some other site.Good plinker IMHO.
