Lanber O/U..?
Has anybody ever shot a Lanber 12ga O/U? I've just got into skeet shooting and I'm in the market for a entry O/U. I've looked at Baikal but heard those shotguns are bottom of the barrel (boat oar) to be exact. Its a spanish made gun and they make a skeet model for around $600. Any info would be helpful!

I have had three. IMO, good gun for the money. Will take about two hundred rounds for the action to "loosen" up. After that pretty good. nambu 0 -

Have to differ with you on the opinion expressed about the Baikal. I've got one in 12 gauge, and just ordered a 20 gauge. The Stoeger is like a boat oar.
Action was really tight when I first got it but lapped the ears and it loosened up where I like it. Been shooting it for five years now. Wouldn't have ordered another one if it had been a dud.

yeah..saw that one a week or so ago...and like you said, you sometimes get a lemon. But I have no complaints with my Baikal IZH-27, and some of my shooting buddies have tried mine and ordered one for themselves and they have not had any problems either.
