Which Recoil Pad is Best?????

Deciding on a recoil pad. Have heard a lot of good stuff on the Sims Limbsaver. However, saw the Hi Viz X-coil today and it claimed to be 20% better than the Limbsaver. Price is about the same. Anybody know if there is much difference between the two?? Also, is there any functional advantage to an installed pad vs. a slip-on?

  The difference in the slip on and the installed pads is the change of LOP (length of pull) that is increased when the slip on is utilized.
  
  Can't help with the other part of your question since I use Pachmayer's.

  i have a 30-06 that was pretty uncomfortable when i bought it. the limbsaver pad made a lot of difference, so im happy with it

  Go with the LimbSaver. Replaced my KickEzz with
  it a month ago. Wished I had done it sooner.
