Reflex Scopes?

Exactly what are these? I see them all over eBay from low to high priced. Are they like the bushnell holosight where it appears the recticle is projected towards the target or more like a red dot scope like a tasco propoint? I also noticed some say digital and some don't.

  Reflex and holo projection(internal) optics like the Bushnell Holo, Tasco Optima, etc., etc., are one and the same.
  Light isn't projected.
