    i think they are referring to the keyed hammer block found on new smith revolvers. you can see them directly behind the cylinder latch. neither of those 2 pictured have them. my guess is they copied the text from smith website or something when they made auction listing.

    It's a hammer lock safety with a key hole just above the cylinder latch. Almost as fine an idea as Taurus and Rossi's. Look at some auction pictures and you'll see the extraneous hole in the sideplate.

    As described by others...EVERY walther p22 has one as well, right side of the gun, right above the trigger.

    i will not own a gun with such lock ,for years before they started this crap i had nightmares {re-occurring},about being in a self defense situation ,drawing ,no fire ,trigger was stuck

    so not to temp fate ,no locks


    i will now put ten round mags in all my pre ban guns ,just to show defiance
