I know it's a bummer, but hang on til you're 21. It is not legal in your state to buy those now, so doing that and waiting to use them until next year makes it no more legal than if you use them now!

A new AWB is entirely possible. I live in Illinois and that little dufus Daley appears as though he is going to try to write his own state laws from his office in Chicago ( I swear the little flocker is Rainman in disguise...what a half wit!). As to whether it would be a good idea to horde hi cap mags or not? Look how well it has turned out for those that bought them in 94 and held them until now. Likely they thought they were gong to make a tidy sum, but in reality, they are worth little more than they were in 93! Go for collectable, established rifles that have a good track record already, and they will likely outperform the stock market over the next few years.

    Horde em!

I plan on buying 10 high caps for each of my Glocks.

Cannibus, strange name, I doubt there is a law in your state that says you can't own mags being under 21. Mags aren't considered a firearm.
