Help 20ga. double shotgun

I'm looking at a cbc or fie 20 ga. double barrel shotgun made in brazil in good condition. If anyone has any Info and value on this would be helpful. what dose the cbc and or fie stand for.

  Firearms Import& Export, filed bankruptcy Nov 1990. Some parts thru Gun Parts Corp. and thru Heritage Manu. Inc.,Opa Locka, Fla. FIE is gone, no parts, warrantee, ect.
