I want to reload a 45acp 180/200 gr bullet , into a 450 (350) grain marlin/hornady case, suggestions, experiences, email

  Pistol bullet are .452 diameter, 450 Marlin uses .458 diameter bullets. You could probably do it if you had a bullet swager so that you could bump up the pistol bullet to .458 or maybe .457.

  Aglore is right about bullet diameter.
  
  Even if it were possible, the .45ACP bullet is designed for velocities up to about 1000 fps. The .450 Marlin bullet is designed for velocities in the 2200 fps range. The .45ACP bullets would not perform at .450 Marlin velocities. The .450 Marlin is more heavily constructed and to expand with more velocity.
