Need help with ID of this .380
Been thru all the books I own and still scratching my head, closest I came to identifying it was a BRNO. Can anyone help.
Cal .380
Blued w/wood grips (almost look like 1 piece)

markings are as follows, CESKA ZBROJOVKA A.S. v PRAZE on top, J 37, serial #1199** on the right side is a standing lion facing backwards, htere is also a circle with a Z with a line thru the Z and a small "v" above the lined Z.
Shoots very well and no MF/FTF/FTE or anything of the sort, thanks in advance.

Its a CZ. From your description it sounds like it might be the model 1924 or 1927.

From the caliber and wooden grips it appears to be a CZ 24.

Rufe, BINGO thats the one. No military markings though, now to find a price on the damn thing. One of the guy's at the range gave it to me as a keeper provided it was not worth alot. Thanks again.

If it's in factory original, excellent condition, my WAG is that it's worth between $350 & $450. The CZ 24's aren't nearly as common as the CZ 27's, believe they are worth more.0 -
