I think he's asking," Now that it's over, can I buy a formerly banned weapon in Ohio and drive it back to Penn."....if that's the question- knock once. I'm a smartaxx, not smart, so I'd be interested in reading the answer as I have some firearms in Arkansas and Michigan that i'd like to bring back to Texas, and vice-versa.
