m-1 carbine stock markings

i have a carbine low wood stock in really nice shape with a RA stamped on the righthand side of the backstock, there is no stamp in the oiler well, the only other markings are a number on the lefthand side, stamped 434017 and a large P and a large O stamped on either side of the grip. there is a 50 to the RIGHT of the recoil plate. please advise me,WHO IS THE MAKER???? thanks, hatchettman2003

  It's anyone's guess.
  
  IF it is USGI, it's been heavily sanded & refinished, & used by some foreign govt or police. Or, it could be commercial, but I doubt it. It may also have been made in some foreign country.
