Glad to see you've got one of the most reliable and versatile 12 gauge semi-auto shotguns out there.
E.R. Shaw makes some barrels for Benelli (sold as the early factory slug guns) and now sell aftermarket slug barrels too. Niether are too cheap. The Shaw original doesn't require a different forearm like the one sold through Benelli does. The Shaw barrels just don't fit right and seem to take too much effort getting it all to line up. Now that Benelli is producing thier own barrels I'd pay the extra and get thiers and the modified forearm.
A while back I put the money down on one and waited for quite a while (I think it was well over 3 months) and still no word on when it would come in so I bought something else. So, my advice would be to find a place that has them in stock, and make them verify and guarantee that it will be in stock when your funds arrive and get the factory slug barrel and modified forearm.

I have thought about checking out the new SBEII and maybe getting a slug gun in it then later get a standard barrel set for it. I just haven't decided if I think the gel will last or harden after a decade or two...
