Mitchell arms date of production

I need to know date of production on a Mitchells Arms Victor 22 ser # B200677. If anyone could help and where they got the information.

  The B B has a interesting write-up on the Mitchell Arms version of the High Standard Victor.
  
  Due to litigation the name "Victor" was only used between 1993 and 1996. After that the name Sovereign was used until production was ended in 2000.
  
  If the pistol is actually marked "High Standard" with the High Standard "Logo", it was manufactured during the first two years of production 1993-94.
