Can anyone tell me what the ATF form 4473 Pt. II (non-over-the-counter) is used for?

    When did I accuse you of being a bad guy? You have me confused with someone else I think. I did side with Roboman on a certain issue a few months back. I never insulted you. The last time I questioned you about this (because you left a snide comment that time also) you never replied.

    Either access your Firearms Regulation Guide or visit the ATF website and look up Part 178.124 and read it in its entirity. This will explain the use of the 4473 Part II (green) better than I can.

    Thanks for explaining the part II form. I've had them for several years, never used them, and I guess I probably never will. But at least now I know what they were intended for.
