US model 1917 Enfield 3 GM-K Cartouche
I have a stock in excellant shape for either the 1917 or Pattern (WRS)
1914 which is strongly stamped 3 GM-K .Please,if you know anything about this cartoche help me out here.I have posted on many discussion forums and talked this one over with many fellow 17 enthusiasts and gotten conflicting stories.I thought I had seen all the WWII rebuild stuff until this one came along. If you know what cartouche is correct for the WRS(Weedon Repair Standard,I would appreciate any info here too.
Thanks

Carbeaner,
To date, there is no one that knows what the 3-GM-K stamping
means. I refer you to the 1917 forum at www.jouster.com0
