Where can I have custom pearl grips made?

I have a very unique miniature revolver that originally came with tiny pearl grips (approx. 1" high x 1/2" wide x 1/4" thick). Unfortunately, one grip half was broken many years ago and now I can't find the pieces [:(]. Does anyone know of a custom grip maker that works in pearl (real or synthetic) or mother of pearl? I still have one grip to use as a pattern. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
